Pain Points

• Keys had to physically be exchanged between staff, making it difficult to keep track of. Security could also be compromised as physical keys could easily be duplicated.

• Because keys were physically exchanged, productivity was lowered but cost got higher. Keys were also sometimes accessible only during office hours.

• Areas with higher security requirements sometimes needed a person who was of a higher authority to physically be at the site to grant access, or a freelance security guard had to be hired and present, resulting in higher costs.

Problem Statement

Access management is often a difficult task for companies. Between keeping track of the keys to who is accessing their facilities at any one point, companies need an easier, faster and cheaper way of managing access, and also to keep track of activity logs.

The Solution

Dashboard for the Developer software

Two software solutions catered to different customer profiles, with both comprising of a dashboard and mobile application that works with a smart lock.

The first customer profile would be for companies who need an immediate out-of-the box solution, without the need of developing one. The second customer profile would be for companies who just need to integrate our solution into their company’s existing platform, using either SDKs or APIs.
